• Usage data, preferences, device and push identifiers, and diagnostic data
• Subscription status and transaction references from Apple and Whop
• Exchange API keys — encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored on your device; connection services process API key identifiers, signed requests, and connection metadata

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain our service
• Connect to your exchange accounts
• Send important service updates
• Improve our product

3. Data security

Your API keys are encrypted at rest and in transit. We recommend creating keys without withdrawal permissions. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with third parties when necessary to provide our service (e.g., payment processors) or when required by law.

5. Your rights

Delete your Terminal account from Account settings in the app. This removes your Terminal profile and associated personal data. Your shared Ninja Squad identity and exchange accounts remain. Limited billing references, deletion hashes, and security audit records remain. Cancel Apple and web subscriptions separately with the provider. Exported backups remain under your control.

You have the right to:

6. Cookies and website analytics

The trading app uses essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to store your preferences. We do not use cookies for advertising.

This website (ninjaterminal.io) measures visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you.

If you allow it in the consent banner, this website also uses Google Analytics 4 to learn which pages are useful. Google Analytics then sets first-party cookies (such as _ga) and processes your IP address to estimate your approximate location; Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Advertising features stay off. Google Analytics does not load until you allow it, and you can change your choice at any time with "Analytics settings" in the site footer.
