Orders and positions
Multi-Exchange Position and Order Tracker
Updated Ninja Terminal team
Short answer
Ninja Terminal tracks positions, open orders, holdings, order history, and position history across every connected Binance, OKX, Bybit, and Hyperliquid account in one panel. The order ticket supports Market, Limit, Stop, and Stop Limit orders, Open and Close modes, a leverage dialog, and TP/SL. You can close, reduce, reverse, or edit from the row.
When you trade on more than one exchange, the hardest part is often just knowing what you hold. Each exchange has its own positions page, its own order list, and its own idea of margin. Ninja Terminal puts them in one panel. The data streams from your own accounts, and rows update as the exchanges report changes.
What tabs does the positions panel have?
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Positions | Open derivative positions across all accounts, with a count badge |
| Open Orders | Working orders and conditional (trigger) orders, with a count badge |
| Holdings | Spot balances with price, 24h change, value, allocation, and PnL |
| Order History | Past orders with type, side, amount, average price, and status |
| Position History | Closed positions with entry and exit, realized PnL, and duration |
An icon row filters every tab by exchange. Where you have several accounts on one exchange, the icon opens a picker and shows the account count. Column menus let you show or hide fields such as break-even price, liquidation price, margin, and the TP/SL column.
What can I do from a position row?
- Close at market with inline presets of 10%, 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100% of the position.
- Partial or limit close from the close dialog, where you enter an exact amount or a limit price.
- Reverse the position, turning a long into a short of the same size, or the other way around.
- Manage TP/SL from one dialog. It shows entry, mark price, size, and leverage, checks that the take profit and stop loss sit on the correct side of the mark price, and shows the estimated profit or loss at each level. The trigger price can be mark price, which is the recommended default, or last price.
- Share the trade as an image. The share card has selectable fields and a hide amounts option that removes the PnL value and size but keeps ROI.
The close dialog shows a Real Money badge, and an optional Don’t ask again setting skips confirmation for single closes.
Is there a way to close everything?
A MKT Close All button closes every open position with market orders. It opens a confirmation dialog first. The dialog lists each position with its side, size, exchange, account, and unrealized PnL, and states that the action cannot be undone. Read the list before you confirm.
Which order types does the ticket support?
The order form changes with the market.
| Market | Modes | Order types |
|---|---|---|
| Spot | Buy, Sell | Market, Limit |
| Futures | Open, Close | Market, Limit |
| Futures, Open mode only | Open | Also Stop and Stop Limit |
Futures tickets also include a margin mode and leverage row with a leverage dialog, a price field with a best bid and offer toggle, and a size field with percentage marks and a toggle between units. The ticket previews cost, maximum size, and liquidation price for each side. In Close mode you choose the position side on hedge accounts. For one-line entries, use Quick Entry.
TP/SL can be attached at entry. In the ticket, the TP/SL checkbox is available for market entries only, and the control tells you so. How exchanges implement exits differs, so see the TP/SL guide.
How do I change or cancel an open order?
The Open Orders tab lists limit orders and a separate table for trigger orders, with trigger conditions shown. Each row has a cancel button. The edit popover changes price and amount in place, and shows how much has already filled. On the chart you can also drag an order line. See charting.
Where does the history go?
Closed positions feed the trading analytics page, which turns them into win rate, profit factor, and an equity curve. Exchanges limit how far back they report history, so the analytics describe the history that was fetched.
Position data is for your records. It is not investment advice, and unrealized PnL changes with the mark price. See unrealized PnL.
Frequently asked questions
Can I see positions from several exchanges in one table?
Yes. The Positions tab combines every connected account across Binance, OKX, Bybit, and Hyperliquid. An exchange icon row filters the table by exchange, and shows how many accounts each exchange has.
Which order types does the order ticket support?
Market and Limit are always available. Stop and Stop Limit appear for futures when opening a position. Buy and Sell modes apply to spot, and Open and Close modes apply to futures.
Can I close part of a position?
Yes. Inline controls close 10%, 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100% of a position at market, or you can open the close dialog to enter an exact amount or a limit price.
Can I edit an open order without cancelling it?
Yes. The edit popover on an open order changes its price and amount in place. You can also drag an order line on the chart.
